    Xbox Live not letting me sign in


    Hello everybody Ive been having a really hard time with xbox live. Every time i use netflix on my xbox360 xbox says i need to sign in using my microsoft account before i can continue onto netflix. I have the correct information to sign in but i keep getting
    an error code saying i can not sign in. Has anyone else had this problem? and if so do you know the solution?

    Xbox won't let me sign into Xbox Live.

    My xbox is not letting me sign in to xbox live but i can sign in on my laptop why is that?

    Hey, Gingie0596! Sorry to see any sign in issues with Netflix. Can you please post back with the full message and error code that it's giving you when you attempt to launch Netflix? An image helps the best, but if you can post back with it word for word,
    that will be fine, too. From there, we'll be able to sort out our next troubleshooting steps. Xbox Live not letting me sign in :)

    I know for a fact that when the Xbox is updated to the newest dashboard that EVERYONE and their mother needed to re enter/redownload their gamer tag to the console
