    i can’t pay for my gold subscription I basically locked out my games I been locked in for about a month this is really getting on my nerves I have more than a hundred dollars worth in digital games that I can’t play because of this please respond I have
    tried to use my card but it never works and I know it has over 100 dollers on it

    This has become a common problem for some folks, including myself. This last xbox patch sometimes drops the internet connection despite it being live still. Best thing you can do (Which is what I do) is do a console restart. Its under your menu settings
    under your system tab. Good Luck!

    The best thing you could do is contact the billing side of Xbox, they will walk you through the way to successfully pay via gift card.

    On my xbox account I had a subscription to xbox ultimate. It went to being past due but now I bought a $25 xbox card to put on my account. It says suspended on it and when I pay again, I’ll have the subscription again. I keep trying to pay through
    the account but it’s not allowing me to pay with that method. I have no other method ._. How do I fix that?
