    Xbox Live not launching


    Green Xbox screen comes up.

    “”Welcome” chime and name come up

    Screen goes blank

    Can push Center controller button and get commands to shut off, restart, etc.

    Have restarted to no avail.

    Checked all connections

    What’s up??!!!
