Xbox Live not connecting... Again.

well just a bit of an update, i took it back to the store today and told them the problems i was having with the crappy thing and thankfully there was a long long wait to get to the tills , while i was waiting one of the staff came up to me and said ''is
there anything i can help you with'' and i let go with both barrels i wouldn't say i was shouting but , put it this way i wasn't quiet i made sure people heard , i told them that it's not fit for purporse and basically a bag of crap , at this point i'd started
to get a bit of an audience (i felt sorry for the staff member because it wasn't her fault) so they took it into the back room for 'testing' swapped the controller for a new one and so far for the last 3 hours it's fine , so the moral of the story is get back
in store and SHOUT ABOUT IT , bad press/feedback is what they don't want

 

So you are saying that your controller was stopping you from getting on XBL?

 

so far as stupid as it sound's ,yes, because after they changed the controller it's all up and running and doing as it's supposed to

 

Xbox live is a joke. It is supposed to be the all in one entertainment box, but half the time i can't even log in and my internet is not the problem. The xbox and its live service are a huge p.o.s.

 

OMG I changed the batteries out on my controller and now I could sign in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT IN THE NAME OF ALL THAT IS ELECTRONIC? how how how?

 

Hello guys, I would like to explain here my dissatisfaction with the constant unavailability of Xbox Live.

I decided to change my platform, leaving the PC to the Xbox One because of the great references multiplayer community, primarily for Battlefield 4, however I am not able to play as often as I expected, most of the time I play, I can't login with my account,
being impossible to access the multiplayer mode.

I realize that on the PC, BF4 players aren't being affected, so I'm thinking of returning to the PC platform.

Is there any prediction, so that these problems of fall of Xbox Live, should be definitively resolved?

Cannot perform these stops planned and with pre-established schedules?

I appreciate the feedback and expect an honest and clear position.

I'm disappointed with this situation.

 

Have the same issues here, nothing wrong with internet connection on Xbox or other devices but can't connect to xbox live, mmmm very disappointed bill as you sold me a corrupt 360 to start and I went through 3 of those due to the red ring disease(which
it developed less than a week past the warranty term, coincidence??) so I thought I would give new design a chance, big mistake . Hope people understand as a consumer we have writes and the seller has a certain obligation to uphold which so far our provider
has failed to do, REFUND pls

 

Finally I'm able to have a connection with my internet. But of course, now i can't sign in on the xbox at all. Taking this back for ps4. Never buying anything microsoft again

 

It's also pretty disappointing that in two threads on the subject I have not received a direct reply from a Microsoft rep. The only reply in either thread was directed at another user with similar issues and was the
[Mod Removed] standard response of 'try unplugging your xbox'. Epic fail Microsoft.

I don't want to change platforms. I love the games and the very happy with my console just massively disappointed with the performance of the live service on xbone... Particularly compared to 360. If it is the publicised hackers then it's pretty sad that
Microsoft is so susceptible. With the profits you make you should be hiring the best... Not letting them hack you!

 

This forum and live is a complete joke. They reply to a post saying to make your own post when someone else complains of the same thing and yet no new post has any reply from anyone other than MORE people complaining about how *** the service is.

All i'm asking is for someone just to cut the BS and tell us what is going on, and how long it will be until we can play games online again. What a

Can't [Mod Removed] believe it. Been back at work all week so haven't played since last weekend. Just switched it on thinking it would be fun to play Destiny... Still no xbox live. Who knows if it's just down again or if it's been down all
week but either way it's really [Mod Removed].

As usual, internet connection and NAT all test fine. 92.80 Mbps download, 16.15 Mbps upload, 0% packet loss... Just no xbox live. Sucks.

Network test is fine after following your steps, Mister Quimby, and xbox live has worked okay many times in the past and no settings have been changed.
