    Xbox Live not Being Shared on Home Xbox


    My wife and I are trying to play a game together and talk to each other in a party, but now it's prompting her to buy Xbox Live even though my Live subscription should be shared on that Xbox. She's been able to do it in the past, but now it's suddenly
    not working. Any help would be great TIA

    You can share gold with others on your designated home xbox as long as your Gamertag is on the console. you dont have to be signed in for this.

    You can put your gamertag on his console, and either designate his as the Home console allowing him to share withput you being signed in... that would then allow you to share your gold with him on that console.. but you wouldnt be able to then share it on
    yours without you being signed into your account..

    You can also just have your gamertag on his console without his being the home one.. but then he would have to sign you in addition to him, everytime he wishes to play online and share your sub

    Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to help with the question. The question being if it's possible to share games with more than one person at a time. Unfortunately you can only home console share with one Xbox at a time. Here are a few links on how to set up

    Home Xbox is designed to allow you to share within your family home. There is no other way to share Xbox Live Gold or any other content, without using the Home Xbox feature.

    With Xbox, if the console isn't your home console then you need to be connected to xbox live to play your digital games. This is so people don't game share as much. Note that being on xbox live is not the same as having an xbox live gold account, so maybe
