That's a bunch of bull. I've downloaded everything from XBL and never once did it say this... Insted of blaming the user Temhotabot why don't you blame microsoft for messing up....BTW i have downloaded bothe map packs for this game with no problem. So my
question is.... WHY is it not working now? nothing has change with my bill or anything. and you are going to sit there and tell me that Puerto Rico is just cut off for downloading these maps? I even went to gamestop and they had said the samething....they
can get it either. So stop blaming the region and start blaming the providers

Well i am from lithuania and i can't download it. There is no lithuanian language on black ops and i know english and i got english version but i still cant download it PLEASE HELP I REALLY WANT THESE NEW MAPS

The Black Ops Map Packs are REGION LOCKED. Since you do not live in a
Countries/Regions with LIVE Service you will not be able to get the map pack at all.

Account Region+Game Disc Region+Actual Live in Region=ALL must match



PR+PR+US=Denied US+PR+PR=Denied PR+US+PR=Denied PR+PR+PR=Access



There have been known issues where everything matched (in Australia mainly) and they still couldn't download it due to the ISP they were using. Try taking your console to a friend/neighbor/family members house and downloading it there from a different
ISP.

No offense intended, but can someone please clarify a reason that it must be this way?



I don't have an issue personally, but I also don't recall this being an issue with anything other than Treyarch games.
