xbox live not available in my area. HELP PLS

Hi all I was having trouble with my wireless connectivity between my sons xbox 360 and our horizon box but eventually got sorted changing a couple of settings,WPA its now and UPnP turned on.Check back to the xbox and it says that I,m connected wirelessly
to the internet and connected to xbox live,when I then go back to the home page a big black square on the sreen saying xbox live in nice fancy colour but its also saying that xbox LIVE is not available on consoles in your region,,any help would be appreciated
to make a young lad very happy,thanks..

the region is normally determined by the ip adress you use. Check for the ip adress your horizon box is using. best bet would be to contact their customer support to have the settings set up so that it works.
