    my xbox 360 is not accepting my postal code **** what should i do? i live in South Africa, its set to South Africa, i live in Johannesburg/ roodeport.

    Is there a way to solve this? and if so please help

    Xbox Live not accepting my code

    Log into account.microsoft.com and be sure you don't have an outstanding balance on the account listed in red under the subscriptions tab. Also be sure you don't have any expired payment methods on the account.

    If neither of those are the issue you should contact billing support at support.xbox.com/contact-us

    @Venti Dos i posted in your thread with same problem and noticed nobody wants to resolve the issue i was planning on purchasing a 12 month Xbox live code at the end of the trial but with the Xbox one not accepting any codes i enter whether it be a game add-on
    code or trial code Xbox will not accept it will just do my online gaming with PS plus

    Same here. I redeemed a 14-day trial xbox live code (the one I got with my day one edition). The code was accepted, but nowhere to find in my subscriptions. Hence my FUT15 online experience doesn't work.
