xbox live non working

i have communicate xbox live non working right now try later and i close this ,and i have black screen only

ok im good >i backup console to first seting but im keep game and files its work

You can also try rebooting your network hardware ie. router/modem. The error you are getting is for

network connection. Test the network and multiplayer connection both.
