    Xbox live non operational but pretending it is connected


    For about at least 6 days Xbox live does not run, on our Xbox one. Our one year subscription dates back to christmas. Internet works fine. I ran all the tests recommended by support.xbox with no improvement.

    Most screens of the Xbox one display that we are connected to the internet. So does my computer.

    But when it comes to really playing connected games, then we get a message stating we are not connected. The error message is 0x87dd001a.

    How do we solve this ?

    Please try running through the steps on our
    Xbox Live connection solution     guide to see if they can help you reconnect to Xbox Live on your Xbox One console. If you're able to reconnect but are still experiencing trouble with your connection, can you please send us a photo of your Detailed Network
    Stats (Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics) as seen on your Xbox One console?
