Xbox Live no se activa. (Translation - Xbox Live is not activated)

Hola recientemente pague mi subscripción a xbox live xon mi tarjeta de credito,se desconto el dinero y me mandaron un correo.

Lo que sucede es que no se activo el xbox live,pide que me una a xbox live pero yo ya pague,me estafaron.

No funciono,me pide que me una a xbox live pero yo ya pague mi memembresia,no se activa xbox live ayuda.
