    Xbox Live - no authorisation


    Hello,

    I try to play "star trek online" since yesterday on my Xbox One but receive always this announcement "You are not entitled to it. Please, check profile" and I should complete a xbox live goldmembership but i already did this at the 11.11. and it also indicated
    under "subscriptions".

    Forced gamer tag change

    The team should just review the new tag before authorisation, then no one can use an inappropriate tag again. Being charged is just out of order, especially as we pay for xbox live anyway.

    Just bought Metro (lesson learned.....)

    Geek is Correct I have the 4 digit passcode set up on my account and my kids profiles have no purchasing authorisation.
