Xbox Live NEVER GOT THE CODE?

Hello, today I bought 1 month of xbox live gold, I did the purchase through the xbox one, and I have an email that says the purchasement was valid, and everything went right, but I never got the reedem code? I checked both my billing email and my email for
xbox one?

Can anyone help please?

Did you get your freebies from Xbox Live Rewards 5yr celebration?

I never got anything and I've been there since the beginning of Xbox Rewards (and also Xbox Live).

Don't see any Messages i got from xbox live. All codes and I received from the xbox live are gone. I never used one of the codes. The codes were for gears 1 to 3 and judgement. and one month game pass.
