    Xbox Live Never Canceled


    I went on my Xbox 360 (I don't own an Xbox One) the other day only to find out that I didn't have a Gold Membership. I was confused because I had a year long membership and still had about 10 months left on it. So I logged on to my account and it said
    I canceled my Gold Membership. Meanwhile I never canceled it! Is there a way I can get it back? Please help.

    I checked my gold tenure on the link eG x Thee Elf posted and mine says

    Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold this one isn't canceled

    gold 1 month free trial canceled

    but yet I have no number next to my name

    Improper billing

    I am subscriber of Xbox Live and the next bill (08/2015) of my credit card, is consisting charging for MICROSOFT XBOX OFFICE, product or service unknown to me and never wanted to get. Such misappropriation should be canceled.

    Microsoft NEVER allow anyone to cancel auto renew via the xbox website. YOU MUST contact support and cancel it over the phone so they can have a customer services rep try to convince you not to cancel.

    @ Moz - Trust me, for anyone that lives in the UK cancelling via the account options on the xbox website DOES NOT WORK
