Xbox Live Networking Services Crashing

Hello community. About 2 days ago, I got Forza Horizon 4 on Microsoft Store. Then, I realized I couldn't join online. So I started rolling around the internet to see if any solutions work. I tried all the tutorials from Microsoft, and other videos and articles.
I somehow managed to get my NAT Type to Open, but my Server Connectivity is still Blocked.

So I checked services.msc, and I found out that my Xbox Live Networking System is not working. The service status says its stopped. So I clicked "Start" button, and it turns on for a while and it says:

"Can't start Xbox Live Networking Service service on Local PC."

"Error 1067: Process Terminated Unexpectedly."

I had Server Connectivity Error, and I updated my Windows to the latest version and it changed nothing. Xbox Live Service used to work before, but now it does not. I assume that the Server Connectivity error is related to this, so I am trying to fix this
first.

Also, please don't tag the Xbox Support link. I already tried it.

Fixing this could mean deleting corrupted files if you are not familiar with that I would take your computer to a professional to fix the issue and avoid causing potential harm to your system.

The error 1067 can occur with various Windows service and the message usually appears when you are trying to execute an action which would usually cause a service to start. The most common occurrence for this error message would be the SQL service
and service similar to it.

The Error 1067 error code is caused by Windows system malfunction. Corrupted system files.

There are lots of situations that can have resulted in a system file error. A partial installation setup, a partial file deletion, improper erasure of programs or components. It can also be brought about
when a computer or laptop is infected by a trojan or spyware attack or by a poor shut down of the computer. Any one of the aforementioned actions may very well result in the deletion or data corruption of Windows system data files. This damaged system file
will result in missing or wrongly connected data and data files needed for the optimal working of the application.

When you try to login the Xbox App just crashes and closes itself without any error message?

Please go to Start > Type Services > Open it. Find all Xbox Services (Xbox Accessory Management Service, Live Auth Manager, Live Game Save, Live Networking Service, Gaming Services). Right Click > Properties> Set the startup type to Automatic. Also Start them.

See if the issue persists and please let me know.

Load up game.

At Main Menu, Go To Xbox Settings

Network Settings

Go Offline

Once you Go Offline, you can load into the games main menu.

Once you get into the "Play Monopoly menu click "Play Monopoly"

At the "Local or Xbox Live" Menu, go back to Xbox Live Settings.

Network Settings

Go Online.

This should allow you to skip the crashing and still play.

I think this is an issue with Ubisoft and their Uplay Service.
