    Xbox LIVE Network Connection Issue


    I try to connect to my modem/router on my new Xbox 1s and each time I get the same message, "Can't connect to the Internet. If you have a PC, try to connect to the Internet on it. You may have to work with your internet service provider (ISP) to fix your
    connection."

    It shows I am connected with full signal.

    Nat Type: Unavailable

    Service info is unavailable

    The internet works well all across the house and has no problems.

    What can I do to fix this issue?

    How to connect to Xbox Live in X1

    There is no button or menu to connect!

    The system is not connected, I do a network test and it passes, but still is not connected... I can't do anything with the X1 if it's not connected to live!

    Is there a way to manually connect to Xbox live in this console?

    Can't connect to Live

    Booted up the Xbox and it won't connect to Live. Tried two accounts, rebooting router and all network tests. The network tests are saying everything is fine and I can't find something that says "Connect to Live" anywhere. Any help? Frustrating as hell!

    Hey there, This issue is usually very easy to fix by simply testing your xbox live connection. Just follow these steps to test your connection to xbox live.

    From the Xbox dashboard go to settings>system>Network settings>Select your network>Test Xbox Live connection

    Let us know if this solves your issue!
