I seems that your Xbox one has an static IP adress. Try changing it to use DHCP.

Go to:

Open the guide by pressing the Xbox button in the center of your controller.

Scroll right in the guide to the System area.

Select Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network Settings.

For some reason the static IP address, subnet or gateway are not correct or another device in your network is using the same IP.
