    So, my account is being weird... I can play Xbox Live multiplayer on Xbox One, but I cant on Xbox 360. Please help! (Also, just saying, this isnt the Xbox profile I use)

    Xbox Live mystery...

    You need to own paid gold membership in your account to use it in both consoles. If you are sharing gold in xbox one you can't do the same in xbox 360
