    Can't early deposit myrewards credits

    Hello acarac19,

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit event that triggered your automatic deposit only occurred in the latter half of last month, you will receive your Credits in the mid-April deposit. Since you have been scheduled for a deposit, there is no need to request
one, and so that button has been removed.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Since you have over 5,000 they are automatically scheduled
to be deposited so there is no need to request a deposit. Since they were pending before the 30th, they would be scheduled to deposit on the 13th. Generally, if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000
between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    Xbox Live MyReward can't deposit

    Hello HuntFall,

Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your Rewards Account region and your Microsoft Account region. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change
your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency. In your case, your TWN Rewards Account cannot deposit TWD into a SGP Microsoft
Account, since that will only accept SGD.

However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft
account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at ( https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ )
, wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then your
account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    Xbox Live Rewards

I am assuming that you are referring to the xbox live rewards program. You can check on the website when the next deposit would be or you can request to have it be deposited today. The site
