Discus and support Xbox Live my account in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Every time I try to access my account through Xbox.com, an error page keeps popping up and I am unable to do anything.     Every time I try to access my account through Xbox.com, an error page keeps popping up and I am unable to do anything.

    Is anybody else having the same problem? If so, any help?

    Here is a sample of what I'm dealing with (highlighted):

    Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons).
    It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

    Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current
    web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

    How can you tell if an account is the primary account? I know these are total noob questions I've only had my xbone for like 2 months.

    Try clearing your browsers cookies and cache. Or use a different browser

    Just tried both... Neither worked..

    Any other suggestions? I've come to find that a lot of people are having the same problem.

    Maybe access your account stuff on an Xbox console? The website has been alot more buggy as of late.

    I tried accessing my account through Internet Explorer on the console and same thing popped up.

    I would literally go to my account on the console but you can't change the auto renewal settings on the console.

    Why didn't you try viewing your account info on your 360 itself? I thought you were able to do that?

    But if my current Windows Live account is linked to this generic "User1234567" Xbox live account they made for me, won't it still be linked to that Xbox Live account when I go to re-set Windows 8 to a Windows Live login instead of a local login?

    What I need to know how to do is de-link this Xbox Live account from my Windows Live account and re-link a different Xbox Live account to it instead.

    Missing Purchase History

    Okay so I just logged onto my XBOX and it automatically logged me into that new XBOX Live account I had created. Apparently when I deleted the new Windows Live ID it did NOT delete the new XBOX Live Account. All the games (purchase history) I am missing
    is under this account. I don't know how this happened as this is NOT my original XBOX Live Account. Is there any way to transfer them back to my original XBOX Live account and then delete this new XBOX Live Account permanently? Thanks!
