XBOX LIVE MUSIC

Is it just me being tight or are the charges for XBOX LIVE MUSIC totally excessive?

By my calculation from what they have on their support pages, for my family to enjoy this amazing service it would cost myself $12.99mthly which is $155.88 per year to have the music, it would then cost me another $155.88 times five equalling $779.40, which
is a grand total of $935.28 per year for my family of six to be able to access XBOX LIVE MUSIC and that is on top of XBOX LIVE GOLD charges.

I can't believe XBOX LIVE actually expects families to fork out so much money on this service.

Xbox Live down - Unable to stream locally

So I cant use Pandora on the Xbox One because Xbox Live is down, which I understand. BUT are you telling me that I cant stream music from Windows Media Player on my PC to my Xbox One because Xbox Live is down? Because that is what is happening now. Why the hell would I require Xbox Live to stream music locally?

 

Possible Xbox Music Arriving?

As I live in Singapore, there's no Xbox music or video. But the pass few weeks , Xbox website , dashboard and smartglass start to hint that there's Xbox Music coming to Singapore. When the dashboard is not connected to Xbox live, it shows the music hub.
On Xbox website, support shows Zune music pass. And smartglass is able to find music via search and it leads to opening it on Xbox via xbox music. Could it be that Xbox music is coming to Singapore? And all those country that has a nusic hub but is not active
when connected to xbox live?
