    Xbox live multiple account sign out issues


    I have 2 Xbox and 3 Xbox Live accounts... because kids and all that. For the past week, we have been having significant problems with accounts forcing games to completely quit while in progress. Here is what's happening:

    Player1 account will be playing on XboxA. He leaves to do something else.

    Player2 will then login and start playing on XboxA.

    Player1 will then go to XboxB and login.

    XboxA will then display a message that Player1 is logging in elsewhere, and the option for Player1 stay logged in here or logout.

    No matter what option Player2 selects, his game quits immediately and returns to Xbox dashboard. Frustration ensues.

    This can be avoided if Player1 manually logs out of his account on XboxA before leaving... which never happens in the real world with kids... and adults.

    Why did this start happening and how can we avoid it... other than manually logging out of the account you are playing every time you finish playing... which again, kids and adults will not remember to do.

    Xbox and windows live.

    If your talking about a Games for Windows LIVE game on your PC/Laptop then your automatically logged out of the other. So for example, if you were logged in on your XBOX 360 with the same gamertag signed in online, and then opened up a Games for Windows
    LIVE game and signed in, it would automatically sign out your XBOX 360's gamertag.

    It's not possible to be signed into the same XBOX Live account in multiple locations regardless of it being an XBOX 360 or a Games for Windows LIVE game. You can however be signed into XBOX.com and then your XBOX Live account on either Games for Windows LIVE
    or your console without being kicked out as it's only on the website for management purposes :).

    Having this same issue with multiple accounts on my Xbox One, which signs people in using Kinect.

    So...update. HBO Go doesn't work either. And now I'm randomly getting signed out of xbox live and it takes multiple tries to sign back in
