Xbox live multiplayer's network keeps Strict and Block.

Hi, I found that I am having a problem about Xbox live multiplayer's network.

My computer keeps telling my my NAT Type is Strict and the server connectivity is Blocked,

I had tried every method that I found on internet, which is "https://support.xbox.com/en-CA/help/hardware-network/connect-network/xbox-one-nat-error#general-nat-troubleshooting", and none of these can solve my problem, it still Strict and Blocked.

Also I had already forward port on my router and firewall which are

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port UDP 4500 (UDP)

and the "Fix it" which is inside window 10 won't help too,

what can I do for next?

My computer is new which is from Acer Nitro 5.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums! The issue you are having will be based on your router and not your pc. When you modified your ports was there a separate section for "Gaming" inside the router configuration settings?

Thanks for your reply. Tried these steps, restarted my PC, and still have the same issue.

I do also have the Xbox companion app, it signs into my xbox live account just fine.

When I check xbox networking, I get "Teredo is unable to qualify. This could block you from playing multiplayer games" when I click fix it, it says my NAT type is Strict, but still can't get games to run.

Probably nat issue, both of you are on moderate on strict NAT, 1 of you needs to open the NAT and you will be able to play.

Go to settings -> network settings -> test xbox live and multiplayer and tell us the results for example whats the NAT open moderate strict

We need to know the router model/manufacturer.

Have you tried changing the Port setting in your xbox network settings tab? Perhaps your router is blocking the multiplayer port that Xbox Live uses.

Hi Kouta Okasaki,

Have you ran the Xbox Live Connection test to see if it's a console specific issue?

The instructions on that can be found here. It may be the NAT setting it set to strict which would restrict online multiplayer service.
