Ok I've been having this problem off and on for over a year and a half. I don't play a lot of cross play games much because of this and don't even use the xbox voice chat app on PC because of this also but I can never get this stuff to work. Today I was
kinda bored and wanted to play some Minecraft with a buddy of mine and tried to join his chat party and his game, nothing, it will join the voice party then disconnect me every time and when I send an invite it will do the same thing. I can't join his game
and he can't join mine. I check the xbox networking status in my PC settings and I have a screen shot of what is going on and I have never been able to fix this ever. I have googled and googled and tried everything I have found with no luck what so every.
Has anyone been able to fix this at all so I can finally for once have this issue fixed. I've even turned of my firewall and everything and I once did a full fresh install of windows 10 maybe over a year ago and it would still happen from time to time. I even
click the fix it button on the page and it does nothing also.

The Xbox One disc will not work on your PC. Even if you install Windows 10 via Bootcamp, the Xbox disc won't be recognized. Not even on "real" Windows 10 PCs.

    So to answer your questions:

1.) You would need to buy an actual PC version of Call of Duty.

As for Multiplayer: Only the crossplay enabled multiplayer modes will work. You can't play campaign, ranked multiplayer or tournaments.

2.) On the PC you do NOT need a Xbox Live subscription. But the person playing on the Xbox One S would STILL need Xbox Live (or have an Xbox Live owning Account set that console as their Home Console).

It might be free to play on other consoles and PC but Xbox requires you to have Xbox Live to play multiplayer games.

I had the same problem with the Teredo issue and could not use the parties at all until for a long time. This is how I fixed it:

Click on the search bar and type in cmd. Right click on Command Prompt and click Run as administrator

Run the following command from the Admin command prompt:

    netsh advfirewall show currentprofile

If the following Firewall policy is present, you don't have to change anything:

    Firewall Policy : BlockInbound, AllowOutbound

If it says AllowInbound instead, this is where the party issue originated.

To set the firewall policy to the correct one, run the following command from the Admin command prompt:

netsh advfirewall set currentprofile firewallpolicy blockinbound, allowoutbound

Hopefully the party will work now. If it doesn't, don't worry, there's one more fix we can try:

Run the following command from the Admin command prompt:

    reg query HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\TcpIp6\Parameters

If the output includes the following line, and the value displayed is not 0x0, Teredo may have been disabled:

    DisabledComponents REG_DWORD 0x8e

To re-enable Teredo, type the following line:

    reg add HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip6\Parameters /v DisabledComponents /t REG_DWORD /d 0x0

At this point, everything should be fixed. I hope this helps and if you encounter any issues, please post again and include pictures of any issues you encountered if possible

Don't worry, this can be fixed! Before trying the fix as it's quite complicated , try this first: make sure you're using the
Xbox App on PC for the voice chat and not the console companion app as the Xbox app is much more reliable in terms of parties. Once in the app, click on Social then
Chat, then create a new chat and add all of your friends. Then your friends can join the voice channel without an invite similar to Discord. Keep in mind that
your friends can't open the voice channel on Xbox, it has to be done on PC. Once you created the chat, just
click on the headset icon while in the chat to open the voice channel.
Your friends can then go to Parties and Chats on their Xbox guide, go into chats, click on the chat and click join voice.

I'll post the fix in the next reply as it's quite long
