    XBOX LIVE MOVIE RENTAL .... Problem /BLACKSCREEN


    Hi dear Support,

    we rent the Movie "One Million Ways to die in the wild West".... We try to start it but there is black screen since Yesterday, my time runs out ... We try to start /Reboot the Xbox One new... nothing changes.... Please help us out... Greets XBOX LIVE MOVIE RENTAL .... Problem /BLACKSCREEN ;)

    Does Xbox live have 4k movie rentals? I haven't been able to find any info on that.

    Do i need xbox live

    I'm certain that to rent movies from Xbox movies you don't need a gold account. But to use other movie rental services you do.

    Dan, that's a very good point. I completely forgot about the free rewards. I know people are experiencing problems downloading those.

    Will give the router reset a go and see if the wife and I can watch the film tomorrow evening before the deadline kicks in.

    Problems Streaming Rental Movies?

    I had the same issue streaming a rental tonight but it started to work once I reset my router. Im guessing a lot of people are using the service with the free rewards this weekend.

    According to the sales from that site, that movie was not eligible for the promotion. The movie was part of a rental sale, but rentals are not part of the promotion. aka.ms/gamerflicks

    I would hope after this Microsoft will do something to compensate us...maybe a free month or two of Xbox Live, or a few free movie rentals...anything.
