    Hello!

    Yesterday i bought a 25€ card for my microsoft account. Today I wanted to use it but sadly I had to recognize that suddenly I have to account balances! My old one for Austria with a few cents on it and the new 25€ for Germany. My problem is that I never
    created an account for Germany and also never had a device there. Now my question: How can I use my money in Austria or get it back? I bought the 25€ card via Amazon and it said that the amount is available in Germany or Austria!

    Thank you for all the suggestions, i just wonder why i cant change my country from germany to austria? I typed it in the region-info and yet the internet is trying to tell me it's germany. I would not like to create a new account just because of that stupid
    fault. Xbox Live money credit I bought for Austria is just available in Germany! :( I bought the game in austria yesterday, typed in austria and yet. I will give it another go in the next minutes. : (

    One day i bouhgt a card for 25 dollars but when I got the money it was on germany so I switched from Austria to Germany and bought gold and now I can't buy gold. And now I bought a code for gold reedemed it and then, the same message as on the xbox came
    and now I didn't got the money back!

    All dont understand my Problem. I have 2 Billing Adresses. One in Germany and One in Austria. Austria is WRONG. PLZ Delete my Austria Region.

    Prepaid Code - Different regions

    The euro card is not the problem.... the problem is microsoft. The default settings of the xbox website in austria is germany. If you dont change it befor you log in... u are logged in as a user of the german region. It doesnt matter if all the settings
    in your account or your xbox belong to austrian region and it doesnt matter from what region your card is. The money will be transfered to the wrong region "germany" and cannot be used.

    The second issue microsoft has right now, that you still cant use codes at the xbox one in austria...just tried it again. :(
