Hello there.

Im hoping someone could lead me to the right place on how to apply/become a xbox live moderator.

I'm am from the UK aged 24 iv never been banned on xbox live or anything iv had xbox since 2010

Please could someone point me in the right way

It's pretty much like any job. You would check with Microsoft to see if they have any job opens, send in a resume, interview, etc. But you would have to live in Redmond, WA.

This won't be as easy as you might think.

Plus, as UK citizen (like me), you won't be able to gain long term employment in the U.S.

The Policy and Enforcement team which patrols Xbox Live is made up of Microsoft employees who live and work in Washington. Xbox.com moderators are picked. You have to be active in the forums and after a very very long time, you may be asked to join.

Ambassador have to be active they have to have a 1500 gamer score have to be 17 or older have to have a active xbox live gold account

Do you mean an ambassador? You have to apply on the ambassador page. If you have violated any of the terms of service, you will not qualify.

See the problem here is why is someone using sexual conduct on xbox live acceptable but insulting the person for it isnt.

The Xbox Live Code of Conduct defines how we are to behave on Xbox Live, even when others are misbehaving. Yes, you are correct that repeated, unwanted messages and harassment are unacceptable. Yes, you should report that player using the tools in your console,
as well as block that user from communicating with you again.

All that said, that does not excuse any conduct from your account that apparently led to the two-week suspension you described. You can bring up what occurred in your case review, if you choose to file one, which is your one and only way of communicating with
Xbox Live Policies Enforcement Team (XBLPET).
