Xbox live missing off account

Check your currently active subscriptions here, make sure your 12 months of Gold is still active:

So that's a bit of a mission to do whatever they are suggesting!! Anyway, clearly a problem with MS Mahjong syncing with XBOX Live account. Either a problem with XBOX Live account or MS Mahjong. Main thing that's gonna **** me off is that I will miss consecutive
days to get my AWARD!!!! now what?

Both profiles are on my Xbox so is the map pack, but i cant seem to use it, when i sign into both accounts on xbox live, it kicks me off live and tells me that my banned account isnt allowed online (obviously) i just want the map pack back tbh missing the
scavenger

You can only delete the profile from off your console and sensitive information from off xbox.com

there is no way as a user to delete accounts totally, only xbox live admins can do that if you speak to them via phone.

(unless i am missing something but im pretty sure that it stays on the servers)
