    Xbox live migration failed?


    Dear Support. Beginning of the year somewehere I had a Live account Migration to US after contact with Support and getting some wrong Information.

    I'm pretty sure I sat out the three months and had my account put back to Belgium. In my Rewards account it still states my region is US now and For some reason my Rewards got paid out this month after months of issues stating that I should update my account/billing
    Information which blocked the payouts.

    Could you please check what went wrong and make sure my Microsoft live account and my Rewards account match again? I tried to do the migration again and ofcourse it says this is impossible as I probably would have to wait two months again as I did the migration
    back to Belgium somewhere end of July, beginning August.

    The 15$ dollars that got paid out I will probably never been able to use. When i try to buy a game that is below 15$ dollars the xbox store still asks for another payment method to pay the rest... makes sense? I dont think so...

    So please help with the Rewards account that needs to be set to Belgium and maybe provide some suggestions how I would be able to make a USD purchase?

    Accounts ?

    Silver gives access to live for free but no multiplayer. Pretty sure it will be all you need to migrate her account to the one

    Hello Delukke,

    We see that your Rewards account remained in the Belgian region when you transferred to the US, and is still set to Belgium, but your Microsoft Account is still set to the US (as stated at the bottom of the MyRewards page). Did you only recently change your
    region back to the Belgium region?

    Yes, kind of recent. the region change was done somewhere end of July if I remember correctly. I checked my live account and it should be set to Belgium though. I dont know what to change or how to change it back actually if you see it is set to US region.
    Could you provide me a link or info on how to do that?

    Hello Delukke,

    While we are still awaiting word from our billing team on how to appropriately adjust your billing region, it looks like your spending from that region's currency adjusted that billing account to be your Microsoft Account region, and your deposits were completed
    successfully. We are still waiting on this team's response on how to manipulate Microsoft Account regions, but currently it appears that your account is working as expected, and deposits are completing. Apologies for the inconvenience.
