    Xbox Live Microsoft Solitaire Collection issue


    I own the Solitaire Collection, I have a new computer with Windows 10 per installed. Every time Window 10 does an update is locks up the Solitaire Collection. I have talked to Microsoft several times, was instruction to uninstall it and re-install it. I
    have done that twice, now it will not install, just sits there and says it is working.

    Can someone help me with this issue.

    I just encountered the same issue. I googled, but found no real solution. I'm using the latest version of Windows 10 64bit. Than I uninstalled Microsoft Solitaire Collection through Start \ Settings \ Apps \ Microsoft Solitaire Collection and clicked on
    the button "Remove". Than I removed also XBOX Live. I rebooted my computer (laptop) and I went to the Microsoft Store and searched for Microsoft Solitaire Collection and downloaded / Installed it. Than I clicked on Start \ Microsoft Solitaire Collection (the
    new installed version) and launched it. Than it was auto synchronizing with my XBOX Live account and voila! It's now working again. Fast and smoothly. I hope it will also work on your computer.

    Can't login to Xbox Live from Solitaire Collection

    Same problem here. Other Microsoft games like Microsoft Mahjong and Microsoft Sudoku work well. I also have no problem logging into Xbox live directly. The only problem is with Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

    I uninstalled Solitaire Collection and re-installed and run apps.diagcab, but it still will not sign in.

    Freecell has stopped recording wins but not losses

    Similar Problem on my Windows 8.1 Machine. For a few days Microsoft Solitaire Collection only stops recording stats for FreeCell and Pyramid on the Xbox Network.

    Reinstallation as described in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ has changed nothing.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection Version is 2.3.1406.1149
