Xbox live Microphone still disable after punishment date

Hello, my account has been temporaily suspend between 14 Oct and 31 Oct

After the 31 , my Microphone still unvailable , I can hear the people , but they can't hear me.

An xbox employee on phone ask me to write on this forum because he can't resolve the probleme.

Can you please help me to resolve this

I just got a headset and was using that using the mic on the Xbox Kinect.

Of course you can, to disable the Kinect microphone go to:

# Settings

# Select Kinect

# Uncheck 'Use Kinect microphone for chat.'

Voice commands will also work with the "Kinect microphone being off".

 

Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate crashes after startup!

Solution:

Disable all your microphones/headset(especially which working through USB).

 

Try deleting your profile and power cycling the console. then re-install your profile. After the console syncs, you should be back.

 

This is a known issue that's been happening to a lot of people. As of yet, I don't know if they've fixed it or not.

Ignore Bird's response, it's just a waste of time. It's a known issue that MS apparently is not too concerned with fixing. All you can really do is wait, or create a new account.

 

Deleting and redownloading the profile did the trick for me.

 

Was that after a comms suspension though?
