Xbox live messing up on my xbox

Alright its hard to explain my problem but the problem im having is when i start up my xbox i can sign perfect but say for example when i go to start up call of duty ghost before the game even loads up it always pops up disconnected from xbox live

then when i go to sign back in sometimes i says i cant connect to xbox live

or a problem occured while signing in!

or it freezes up my console! and i haft to restart it

Please help its my last day of gold!!!

dont blame microsoft for your misfortune, unless everyone on xbox live is having the same issue (they are not) its your network configuration.

this may be caused by faulty Profile data. to solve it in this case you have to

1. delete your gamertag from your console (please only Profile, not Content)

go to Settings, then System, storage, select your used Memory device, profiles, find your gamertag there

2. delete your systemcache

go to Settings, then System, storage, Highlight your hdd and press Y

3. then redownload your gamertag

go back to Dashboard, press guide button and select download Profile

It weird I got on and it said my gold ran out when I got a1 year gold and know it won't let me play online
