    At first i had 43 messages when i turn off my xbox and turn it back on it said 0 messages. This had been happening for a while now. Once in a while all my messages come back and repeat the same thing all over again. I don’t know what i should do or how to
    get my messages back.

    Still havent received the Gears codes for 1/2/3

    They message you the codes through xbox live.

    This may be a derp question but: How do I download Gears 2, 3 and Judgement?

    Look in your Xbox Live messages on your Xbox One people!!!

    I've got the same problem. I would love to hear a response from someone on how to fix this, or if they're even going to acknowledge a problem with the service could possibly be their fault.

    Message from the gamertag "LIVE"?

    messages from Xbox LIVE will have the gamertag "LIVE" and will have the Xbox LIVE logo where the gamertag information should be, this is how you tell if it a real message or a spam / scam message.
