Xbox live message

Hi

I received the following message on my account from Xbox live

"your purchase of recore includes banjo kazooie nuts and bolts for Xbox 360.... redeem on Xbox or Xbox.com/redeem code xxxxxxxxx"

The only problem is I never ordered recore and checked my purchase history to make sure and its not there. Last online purchase I made was a preorder for titanfall 2 over 2 weeks ago.

I am assuming I received the message in error? I haven't redeemed the code anyway.

Still havent received the Gears codes for 1/2/3

They message you the codes through xbox live.

This may be a derp question but: How do I download Gears 2, 3 and Judgement?

Look in your Xbox Live messages on your Xbox One people!!!

Hey, NeuralPower! We've looked into this, and it's perfectly fine to redeem the code. While the send was an error, it's like Monopoly: A bank error in your favor! Some users in the current preview received these messages. If you do not want to redeem it,

messages from Xbox LIVE will have the gamertag "LIVE" and will have the Xbox LIVE logo where the gamertag information should be, this is how you tell if it a real message or a spam / scam message.
