    We, as Xbox Live users, need to be vigilant in reporting these messages/accounts. Yes - it's tedious to constantly report and the messages just seem to keep coming. But, reporting these messages gives the Xbox Live team the information they need to track
    these people down and stop them.

    Keep reporting these message. Not just for yourself - but for the good of the community as a whole! :)

    It would also be a good idea to report the message too. EA would never message you on Xbox Live. For instructions on how to report the message, then have a look on the how to section of enforcement.xbox.com

    Reporting a player

    Use the report option on their profile and the enforcement team will investigate them. If it was done through Xbox Live messages, you should also have the option to report the message.

    Just go to their profile on Xbox LIVE and block them. Also, report them via "report player" option in their profile and report them for the specific reason. If microsoft takes action, they will send you a message on LIVE.
