Xbox live Message Limit

Why does there have to beamessage limit on xbox live? this is stupid im seriously about to give up on Microsoft, when your in a Big clan it sucks, mywhole clan of 6500 people have to buy the PS4 Just to communicate About Xbox live Clan Affairs. its almost
worth it to not waste your money on xbox live

Hi, how come I get "This message exceeds the daily limit of messages to people not on your friends list." when I try to send a message to someone on my friend list from the website? Is this a glitch or the website cannot tell who is and isn't on my friend
list?

How do you have time to play if you are sending so many messages per day?

The limit is there to stop spammers.

Surely if you have 6500 people that you are in regular contact with then you have other ways of contacting them, as they can`t possibly all be on your friends list.

As Owen says the message limit is in place to prevent users spamming others via the service.

No this is same one... Im not sure if i should try and contact xbox? Or just wait longer.. My subscription page says xbox live gold and it renews in jan... Any help would be awesome!!! I was playin in my franchise mode and out of nowhere i have limitation...

Are you using the same login credentials for the forums that you are using for XBOX Live? If so you are only showing silver on the forums. It may take some time for the Gold membership to filter throughout the system. I have seen it take a little while.
