Xbox live message banned

Hi !

I have been banned from message service xbox live for about 2 weeks. I have received a mail notifying this sanction but i have no end date for this band .

Is it possible to know when it will end ?

xbox one banned report

i got accedentially banned from xbox live .. ill check my recored .. my recoreds are perfect ... and i didnt got any message from xbox live team about banning .... i got banned with out any reason .... why i got banned .. please help me .

Is there any chance that the xbox is banned not that i dont have xbox live gold or does it come up with another message if im banned?

Thank you for your answer but actually i have the message in the enforcement history section but there is no date in the message.

And i can t receive any messages for about two weeks

Hello advanced death9,

No, you will get a ban if someone reported a message. Xbox Live does not track messages, it needs input from software to raise a ban flag.

Hello, I got banned on xbox live but it's the second time, i'm wondering for how long my ban is going to take. I'm not able to talk and send/receive messages on xbox live. Greetings .

If you didn't get the message from xbox live then a ban was not enforced on the user.

The only way to check if a console is banned before you buy it is to try and access Xbox Live through it. If it is banned a message will pop up saying so, if it is not banned it will access Xbox Live perfectly fine. If a console is banned it cannot be un-banned
by Microsoft and will most likely have been opened previously and have no warranty.
