XBOX Live Membership Suspended

My son is 10years old and he came home from school Tuesday evening and went on his XBox and it said his membership had been suspended.

I spoke to someoned on chat yesterday who was helpful, but could not help me.

He said some1 would call me but I received no call.

I called Microsoft/XBox but they said they could not help?.

When I came home from work last night, my son said a number of his friends had also had their accounts suspended?.

I am unable to get any answers as to the reason or how to resolve this issue and would appreciate any help or guidance you can give me.

You wont get an answer from Microsoft here, as has already been mentioned there is an area for bans, but I have to question why you are allowing your 10 year old to play an 18 rated game, do you also allow him to watch 18 rated films?

Technology has ruined kids these days, when I was 10 I'd rather be playing outside during the summer holidays having actual fun, rather than virtual fun.

Might have been glitching. Usually accounts get suspended when they've been reported by other gamers.

 

If he was on cod he was probably glitching or cheating, Does he have a nodded controller? If he and his freinds are only ten then people have probably reported him for annoying them talking wise or been a "spoilsport" and whining because someone stole his
kills, My views on what games you let your children play is none of my buisiness, But the fact that you allow them to tantrum because they can't play on a games console clearly proves they aren't mature enough to play online ever mind Violent one like call
of duty.

 

It does sound like your son and his friends have been cheating and most probably they all tried the same thing.

Lesson learnt.

 

Lol so he had a tantrum because he couldnt go on his xbox, he needs to vent his anger at himself for violating the agreement.
