    So I dont know if others are experiencing this but I can sign into my gamertag but it wont let me play anything online. I have been on auto renewal for as long as i can remember so I know that good. Then I even tried to buy gold when it prompts me to and
    it takes me to the credit card screen and I push confirm.....and it says sorry you cant have multiple ones. What the flippin ***...

    i just checked out your profile and it does indeed say gold. Try deleting your account then recover and see if that fixes it

    i have just bought gold member ship for like £5, i have reset my xbox and internet and will still not let me play online or join my friends partys. It says on my account management that i have gold also on the website where you can sign in says i am, any

    i just checked out your profile and it does indeed say gold. Try deleting your account then recover and see if that fixes it

    Are you using a full gold subscription or a trial? You're not showing as gold here. Trials will not change your account status to gold so you can't download the games with gold.

    If it is a full gold subscription, you'll need to try checking your account at
    http://commerce.microsoft.com to make sure it shows your subscription and then contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
