Xbox Live Membership problems!

hi guys,

So i recently felt like playing COD Ghosts so i downloaded it onto my Xbox One. At this time i was already playing Halo 5 multiplayer religiously with no problems. So after downlaing ghosts i open the game and it takes me back to the 360 interface saying
i have to download my profile to play. I download the profile with no problems and go to play multiplayer and am prompted to the message that my profile doea not have gold. I exit out thinking its a glitch with the 360 games and open Halo. Now Halo is also
giving me the same message of no gold.. I'm getting advertisements of joining gold on my home screen?! I go to check my memberships in the my games and apps section and it shows that i still have gold. I open to manage it and find that my one month membership
is valid till the 5th of Feb while all of this is happening at 20th Jan. I tried deleteing my profile from my One and redownloading it but nothing happened.. Signing in and out countless times.. Even restarted the console a number of times but still nothing.
I even uninstalled ghosts but no change...

Help??!!!

I am having problems viewing the overview and uploaded sections on any Youtube channel via the Xbox 360 Youtube app. This only happens when I am using my Xbox Live Gold membership profile. I use any other profile that doesn't have a gold membership, and
I can watch what every channel I want without any problems. Is there a problem with my Xbox Live Gold membership profile or is it the app?

Oh no i dont know about ambassadors rules, thats obvious or i wouldn't be a jerk all the time.

Plus i would rather keep it how it is. Knowing about xbox and xbox live and not knowing about ambassador rules.

Once again though you have failed to show me where i continue to tell people to phone support?????

Its a shame, we just got rid of one person that only came here to cause problems and try to prove people wrong all the time, now we have another.
