    Xbox live membership on Amazon gone wrong


    I purchased Xbox live from Amazon. It's saying its on my Microsoft acc in subscriptions. It's not showing on Xbox when I try to type in the code manually it's saying its been redeemed already,help!!!

    Xbox Live code not working - bought from Amazon

    I need help in renewing my Xbox live gold membership.

    Bought off amazon, followed the redeem from XBOX.COM link which picked up the code automatically, registers as the 3M Xbox live gold then when I click Confirm it comes up with the error Something went wrong.

    This is the same on Firefox, Chrome and the Xbox One itself.

    Call up Xbox Support (1-800-4MY-XBOX) to verify if your account is already Gold status.

    If your code was indeed already used, you may have to take this issue up with the seller you bought the code from on Amazon.
