Xbox Live Membership not being recognised by my games.

I brought a 3 month xbox live membership download code yesterday and redeemed it. when i redeemed the code it said it reedeemed successfully but said something went wrong just after.

Now my games are not recognising my membership, they are saying i need to purchase membership and are not allowing me to go on multiplayer.

When i log on this site under subscriptions my xbox live memership is listed, as it is in settings on my xbox console. The code i have is saying it has been redeemed so i can't use it again.

The same thing was happening yesterday but i learned they were having problems so i left it for the day and tried again today, the problem has not resolved.

Please help me.

Hello Team,

Saturday 1 Sept 2018 10:00am UK. I am trying to play Fornite and FIFA 18 and its keeps asking me to purchase xbox live membership. But I already have xbox live membership which is still valid till end of march 2019.

What is the problem. Please could some one advice.

Hello! at the moment there is a service alert for content usage so that may be the problem.However, I would try to redownload your profile to see if the subscription is recognised.

phone support directly for further assistance. We cannot assist with billing/account related issues here on the forums but they are able to remove your current subscription and re-issue a token for Xbox Live if necessary.
