Xbox Live Membership Limitation due to false accusation of Staff Impersonation

To Whom It May Concern,

I received a Xbox Live Membership Limitation today because I was incorrectly accused of Staff Impersonation. I was playing a user online that was constantly pausing the game because he was loosing. Madden NFL 17 has had pause glitch issues and I work with
EA as a EA Game Changer - A volunteer position with EA that works with QA to highlight issues. I messaged the individual and was extremely cordial with this user to let him know that I was monitoring his account.

This person was very upset because they were losing and stated that he was going to report me for harassing him even though I did not say anything disrespectful, etc. I was actually very polite.

Can you kindly review my case and remove the Xbox Live Limitation at this time. I tried to go through the Enforcement Agency Process and sadly, I guessed the last question wrong and was asked to wait 24 hours.

My account was banned and I may take action against xbox live unless they do something.

It was probably for impersonation Xbox LIVE Staff members or something along those lines.

I am unable to play head to head in madden 15 due to a "membership limitation" in which I have recently been informed may be due to my current xbox live reputation. I am trying to improve it and be able to play online again.

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. You'll have to wait until you can try again to submit a case review.
