Xbox Live Membership limitation does not allow you to access this feature

I'm having an error that prevents me from accessing all online multiplayer games in my account. The problem first started with Madden NFL 17 but I can't access any other games now if I want to play multiplayer. Content in which I don't have to play against
other real players works fine.

What I have tried to fix this problem is:

- Resetting Internet.

- Logging in and out of account.

- Resetting Xbox One settings.

- I have checked that I don't have restricted content on.

- I checked that my Xbox Gold subscription is up to date. (Currently renews the 1st of July)

None of the steps I mentioned worked, I have been using the service well for the past almost 12 months. I think it is important to mention that I live in Costa Rica, when I first started using Xbox One I selected United States as the region because Costa
Rica wasn't available in the console, service was running perfectly, a couple of months ago I realized I could change my account to Costa Rica in the Xbox webpage, service was fine when I did this but after a couple of weeks this same exact error occurred
and I thought the problem was because I had Costa Rica on the webpage but USA on the Xbox Console, so I checked in the console and Costa Rica wasn't available so I changed to Mexico and the problem was fixed, service was fine for a couple of weeks and now
again the problem occurred again, but this time changing region in the Xbox Console didn't fixed it. I tried changing back to USA in the Xbox webpage to see if it fixed it but it says I can only change once every 3 months and when I changed to Costa Rica was
like 90 days ago. I don't know if this region clash is causing trouble but I mention it because it seems weird that I can change to Costa Rica on the Xbox webpage but not on the console.

Changing to Mexico may be the culprit, as cross-region accounts aren't supported. Are you still having issues with your Xbox Live subscription, or has the issue cleared up for you yet?
