    Xbox live membership expired too early


    Noticed recently i couldn’t play the batman telltale game i’d got as a free gold game, i’d payed for the season pass and had played it months before on the same account so i wanted to replay it but couldn’t because it was saying i needed to renew my gold/game
    pass, even though i could still play other gold games i’d got and i was playing online with friends still. Then i tried to download the current free gold game but it said i needed to renew my membership again, checked my subscriptions, i’d purchased xbox live
    gold for £49.99 on 18/05/20 and it expired 3 months later on 18/08/20. Which was now nearly 5 months ago? There’s nothing on xbox support that will help so i’m hoping someone on this might have a solution.

    Xbox live expired way too early.

    Check billing.microsoft.com to see if it shows any errors and make sure the purchase went through. Otherwise you'd have to call support for help.

    If you click no thanks to the virtual assistant it should give you other options for contacting support. You should be able to chat or request a csll back. Otherwise, the UK support number is 08005871102

    Thanks, I have the actual card I purchased in store which clearly shows it as a 12 month subscription. The link you've provided me doesn't allow me to talk to a human to resolve this - I keep getting a virtual assistant who isn't any use to sort. Is there

    I would check your Order History To make sure it was a code for 12 Months and Not just 1 month. Then I would reach out to Xbox
    support     To see if they can help you there.

    Hopefully they can see what happened and resolve the issue.

    I was the boat too. I just brought a Xbox Live 12 month Gold membership for Christmas. It was suppose to be 12 month like Christmas 2013. 2.5 months expire it's not right.
