Xbox Live Membership emails in the wrong language?

For some reason the last few member emails i've received for xbox live have been the french versions, rather than english. anyone know how to fix this? chat support was no help, and all my account and location stuff is listing off English as the preferred
language.

The exact same problem here except that mine concerns Xbox music pass. We DO NOT live anywhere near the french speaking part of Belgium and all of the language settings with every device and account we use are set to DUTCH. And still time after time again
all of the notification emails are in french!! Which of course we DO NOT understand at all and this leads to misunderstandings and wrong decisions. This problem has been made very clear to the staff of Xbox and Microsoft but still they are unable to switch
the settings in their own database. If we travel from our home through The Netherlands to Germany we have travelled only 50% of the kilometers what it takes to reach the southern french speaking part of Belgium! Kind regards, JL.

Hello Thomas,

Email settings misconfiguration could be a reason why you're receiving emails in a different language. We suggest checking if your time zone and country in the settings is correct. Here are the steps on how to check time zone and country of your account:

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/ and sign in.

Select Edit personal info.

Locate Home, choose your country on the drop-down that you can see beside Country/ region.

Kindly set your Country's region and time zone.

Hit Save.

im having the same problem as o SIR WIGGLES o when I try to sign in it wants me to enter my email address and password so i do, and when i enter it all in and then it loads for a while and says, that its the wrong password (which is the right password) or
the email i entered doesn't have an xbox live membership, (which is the email i used to make the xbox live membership), please help me.
