Xbox Live May Quests Not Being Tracked

For this months xbox live quest it states that for logging in 10 days, playing fornite for 30 minutes five times, and downloading 2 games from this months “Games with Gold”. On my quest tracker it shows 100% completion for logging in and playing fortnite,
but still shows 0% for downloading games even though ive downloaded both the assassins creed and supermega baseball games that were available this month. Id really appreciate some help ive already gone through 3 support people that havent had access to the
information that i need help with, i was also linked to other forums being told that other ambassadors could help me, and i tried posting on thoses forums, but have ultimately been told that this is where i can get help.
