xbox live marketplace in uae are expensive

It's not down to Microsoft.

It's just the way the world works,things are more expensive in some countries than they are in others due to the way a countries economy works.

You're paying for a console. You aren't paying for Live.

MW2 being $29.99 is too expensive because it came out in 2009, it should be cheaper, you take that to Activision and tell them that the price on the Xbox Live Marketplace is too expensive, that is how you would go about all that.

Yes Xbox Live is available in UAE. You can also buy games there.
