    Xbox live malfunction


    Hi so I’ve been playing Xbox for a few years now and everything has usually worked fine. Nowadays tho something is different. On my Xbox one s when I go to play any Xbox 360 games it will let me play for a few minutes and then just kick me in the middle of my game. Saying my account has been logged out. Also I’ve tested my connection, unplugged my router, system reset my Xbox and everything looks good and even lets me stay connected to games(except 360) but when I go into a party with my friends I cut out and can barely hear them and they can hear me cutting out as well. Then out of nowhere after about round 10 minutes it kicks me out of the party. Even if I’m the leader and alone but my wifi is good and everything seems great. Please help I’ve been trying to figure this out for months

    Make sure you removed the ports and turned off UPnP, too! That is important when you have DMZ set up.

    Could you ask your friend to try the following steps that has been suggested so far. You may also try to remove him/her as a friend and add him/her back as friend.

    Sometimes having UPnP on and port forwarding at the same time won't work. What I suggest is have both of those off and set your Xbox up in the DMZ instead. Post back your results!

    I've tried the UPnP suggestion, and the profile delete thing. I've also forwarded my ports. Nothing is working
