Xbox Live loves to unfairly punish the people that support it

microsoft's investigation system is perfect, don't worry, no one will be unfairly punished.

I have no reason to doubt that you would feel that way. The system works as designed and it is applied fairly and equally. Even adults can be punished for not following the rules.

With all due respect nothing you said answered my question. All you told me is things I already know and thinks I have said, besides the “false accusations”. I believe, that you only say it’s false because you are a xbox ambassador and have a reputation to uphold and you didn’t have any bad experience with xbox like me and many others.

Let me rephrase what I said previously because I believe we also have a misunderstanding to who I’m talking about. I’m just talking about the enforcement system only. I just included it apart of the support system because they enforce the rules to help keep help people. But what makes the whole system suck is the case review and not being able to contact them as you mention because that dose not help anyone especially innocent people who been falsely suspended/ban or punished unfairly. I feel as if they don’t actually look into the whole case in just look at one side which make it so flawed. Then they only give you one chance to speak so if you get a crazy amount of days then get denied then you are just stuck like that for the rest of your days. Which depends on the suspension like no multiplayer and no communication takes away the whole purpose of Xbox live gold or any other Xbox passes. Which feels like they are robbing people money and happiness. I am only specifically talking about the people who been falsely punished or punished unfairly like I have.

I could go on but I feel like they all tie into each other and is obvious. Lastly I have to say is I know they don’t check forums, I’m just a person who is asking a genuine question and is wondering if anyone else feel this way.

Rep is nothing to do with support.

No one will reset your rep for you,only you can change it.

Playing free games like Neverwinter,Star Trek Online,World of Tanks etc will help but it does take time.

If a reputation has been unfairly manipulated you are telling me that I, as the victim, must play hours on something like World of Tanks as a punishment for doing nothing wrong?
